What a day l had making this cake, I got the order for this cake at 10.00am in the morning and they wanted to pick it up at 6.00 that same evening eek. Panic stations hit, l had to bake two cakes, make and ganache the cake and the cover the board and cake with fondant. Well what can l say, I've hit the jackpot! I've finally made the perfect Chicken Noodle Soup, the taste was very similar to Chicken and Sweet corn but with out the heaviness and of course with the noodles.My son's aka (the apprentices) Cooper and Hamish thoroughly enjoyed it and even asked for seconds for the first time ever.
