We had our 2nd last cake decoration class last night, I'm quite sad that it is almost over. For this class we covered a cake with chocolate ganache, and placed the chocolate panels and curls on that we made last week.I'm going to be making some more panels and curls on the weekend so l can share with you what l learnt.
I decided to make a Chocolate Jaffa Mud Cake, as l just love the combination together.
I used the Chocolate Mud Cake from Planet Cakes and added the Rind of two Oranges, as well as the juice of one of the oranges.
This cake is really worth trying!
