It's seems to be that in the last couple of weeks l have only baked big cakes (not that l mind), I think tomorrow l might try and bake some yummy lemon cupcakes for my poor husband who seems to think that l bake for everyone else and not him! This cake was made for my best friend Jane's 30th, unfortunately l was soooo sick that l couldn't make it to her dinner. l was devastated, but luckily l had made the cake before l was on my death bed!
This is another version of the Chocolate Jaffa Mud Cake, the recipe can be found here. I decorated the cake with hand piped butterflies, chocolate panels and strawberries covered in white, milk and dark chocolate.
