I was asked to make this cake from one of the Fathers from Cooper's Pre Prep Class, he organised this to celebrate the birth of their son Jack. His wife just love's cake, unfortunately she suffered quite badly from Diabetes and was unable to have anything sweet. To get her through labour he promised her a cake filled with lots and lots of Chocolate! Is there nothing chocolate can't fix?
I was given free range at designing the cake, l am really pleased with how it turned out.I should also mention that baby Jack is just gorgeous!
