Love you to the moon and back

It's hard to believe that my baby is turing 5 on Saturday, it's seems like yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital. Tomorrow they will celebrate his birthday at school, he decided he wanted a rocket ship for his cake. I got this idea from the Planet Cake Cook book, I had quite a hard time with this cake because l had to use a sponge cake and it was quite soft to work with.

Cooper is a very affectionate child and l love it when he comes up to me and says to me "Love you to the moon and back mummy". He (and I) are so excited about his birthday party, there will be about 25 kids he should have a ball!
